Bell/doorman.
Room was changed to 1 king (preferred) without any hassle, though it was a handicapped room, which meant the bathtub was less than expected. It was clean and the bed was extraordinary!

It was close to cable cars.
For our short stay I didn't find anything that I did not like except the cost of parking.
The hotel was very clean. They held our bags for us until we left for the airport at PM. They were helpful in providing shuttle service to airport and other attractions. The best pot roast I ever had was served in the dining room. ...read more
